Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Malone Construction. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Scope of Services

Malone Construction provides renovation and construction services, including kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling, as well as full home renovations. We work closely with clients to design and execute high-quality renovation projects that meet their specific needs and preferences.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your project requirements, budget, and timeline. You must also ensure that the work site is accessible and that all necessary approvals and permits are obtained before the start of the project.

Project Timeline

Malone Construction will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of your project. While we strive to meet these deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays promptly and work to minimize any disruptions to your project.

Service Fees

The fees for services will be outlined in the contract signed by both parties before the start of the project. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. If additional work is required beyond the original scope of the project, the client will be notified, and costs will be adjusted accordingly.

Quality of Work

Malone Construction is committed to providing high-quality workmanship in all our renovation projects. We will use premium materials and experienced tradespeople to ensure that every project meets industry standards and exceeds your expectations. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by factors outside our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen structural issues.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the service agreement at any time, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project. If the project is already underway, you will be charged for any work completed up to the cancellation date.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as outlined in the contract.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Malone Construction harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services or the breach of these terms.

Modifications to Services

Malone Construction reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. If a service is discontinued, we will ensure that any ongoing projects are completed or that alternative arrangements are made.
